Aaron Chia said that they have to keep working on the area that they are lacking and improve their consistency. They will continue to train hard in order to win a World Tour event, which they have never won before.
World Champions skip Japan Open due to Aaron’s injury
Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik decided to skip Japan Open due to Aaron’s injury. Soh Wooi Yik, on the other hand, said that the world title is a motivation and a boost in their confidence for the upcoming tournaments.
Wooi Yik hopes that this title can break the “curse” that the pair cannot progress past the semi-finals.
