In response to the strong demand for more international options, the service has now been expanded to more than 50 countries and territories, including Hong Kong, Japan, the United Kingdom and several European countries.

Users who wish to send money are required to complete a verification process in order to use the service. Users can choose to transfer funds to the recipient's bank account or withdraw cash, as well as to an e-wallet used in their country or region.

TNG Digital Sdn Bhd offers more competitive exchange rates and lower fees, and users of the service are also entitled to bonus points. Accumulated points can be exchanged for cashback vouchers, physical products, and sweepstakes entries.
