The government stepped on the brakes for the second time and failed to introduce the anti-job-hopping bill as scheduled. Umno Chairman Ahmad Zahid criticized the government for lack of political resolve, and even questioned whether the delay in the introduction of the bill was because someone deliberately hindered it.
