In addition, the court rejected applications by the director of the MCA Civil Society Movement Bureau, Wu Jiannan, the director of the Maqing Civil Society Movement Bureau, Xing Zhili, and the director of the Legal Bureau, He Guosheng, to become hearing lawyers.
