The Samsung Galaxy A73  5G was announced by Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) shortly after its launch in the Malaysian market as the latest device compatible with the 5G network in Malaysia!

Not long ago, Malaysia's 5G network is currently in the testing phase, and many 5G mobile phones in the Samsung series have not yet begun to support it. Only the Galaxy S21 and S22 series have officially started to support it through software updates in the past two months.

The Samsung Galaxy A73 is Samsung's first A-series phone that officially supports DNB 5G. The Galaxy A73 5G is a mid-to-high-end phone with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED 120Hz screen, powered by a Snapdragon 778G chip, 8GB of RAM, and a 5000 mAh battery, as well as a 108MP OIS triple camera.

It is worth mentioning that Yes 5G is currently the first and only telecommunications company in Malaysia to provide 5G services. If you are a Samsung Galaxy A73 5G user, it is recommended that you click Settings > click Software Update and click to check. Software updates, with the latest updates, you can connect to a 5G network when you are in DNB coverage.

There are still the same generation of the Galaxy A53 5G and A33 5G, and even foldable models such as the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 have not been updated.

At present, the only 5G network available in my country for ordinary users is Yes.5G, and it is only available in some Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya areas. Recently, the authorities have successively expanded the network to certain areas in Johor and Selangor.
