Electronic cash credit is through one of the four major service providers namely BigPay, GrabPay, ShopeePay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Apart from the RM150 provided by the government ePemula in the form of e-cash credits, e-cash service providers BigPay, GrabPay, ShopeePay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet will also offer additional rewards in the form of cashbacks, coupons, accumulated points or coins during the programme period.
ePemula e-wallet 4 Conditions
- Identity verification must be completed first
Eligible individuals must complete identity verification before claiming ePemula eWallet rewards. The so-called identity verification is that the user needs to upload a photo of the Malaysian card and take a selfie, which is to prove that the account is held by himself, rather than stealing the identity of others.
If you have completed the identity verification process before, then you can skip this process and apply for the RM150 ePemula directly.
- Can only be redeemed at 1 e-wallet platform
Each eligible person can only claim RM150 ePemula eWallet Reward on 1 ePemula platform. The e-wallet platforms participating in the program are Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay and BigPay.
- Application Date and Validity Period
The application period for ePemula e-wallet rewards is from April 11th to June 1st, 2022. The e-cash obtained must be used before June 10th, and the overdue will be automatically invalid.
- ePemula application conditions
Applicants must be young people between the ages of 18 and 20. However, full-time students over the age of 20 are also eligible, and the relevant authorities will compare the data with the database of the Ministry of Higher Education to ensure that the applicants are full-time students.
How to apply for ePemula?
You can apply through the following steps:
Download the relevant e-cash app from Apple Store, Google Playstore or Huawei AppGallery. The e-cash service providers involved are BigPay, GrabPay, ShopeePay and Touch ‘n Go eWallet
For new or existing users, please follow the instructions provided in the Electronic Cash app. Electronic cash operators will verify user identities electronically
In the eCash application of your choice, enter the required information in the ePemula claims view and press “Submit”
You will be notified of a successful claim
