A video showing a China online celebrity being stabbed during a live broadcast in Nepal has recently gone viral online, and he is suspected of having been stabbed multiple times. The Nepalese Overseas Chinese Association staff said the perpetrator, also a China national, has been arrested by local police. It is suspected to be caused by a money dispute.

The Chinese netizen, who has more than 4.8 million followers, was live-streaming in Nepal when the incident occurred, and only a scream could be heard after the chaotic scene.

According to Nepali Chinese media “Nepali Express,” the incident occurred at around 11:30 a.m. on the 4th of this month in the distribution center of Kathmandu city. A total of two Chinese people were injured. The injured were a 32-year-old man, Li Chuzan, and a 29-year-old man, Gan Soujiong, who succumbed to injuries to his stomach, chest and the left side of his head.

On the evening of the 6th of this month, the relatives of the online celebrity confirmed that he had died. The parents and sister of the deceased have arrived in Nepal to deal with the aftermath, but the details of the matter are not yet precise.

According to the video, the online celebrity, his assistant, and his apprentice were doing a live broadcast on the street when they were suddenly stabbed. At that time, there was confusion in front of the camera and the sound of screaming, and then it fell into silence. It is reported that the apprentice was seriously injured, and the assistant managed to escape.

There is also a video showing that the online celebrity was once awake, paralyzed on the ground, and kept drinking water. He was still mobility. He has also observed his abdominal injuries and even made a phone gesture asking onlookers to call the emergency services.
