Najib's eldest son, Datuk Mohd Nizar, hoped Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar would allow Najib to regain his freedom.
Najib's eldest son is grateful for the UMNO leader's commitment to speak out and fight for Najib's rightful defense. The family believes that Najib did nothing wrong and will continue fighting for Najib's defense.
He said he and his family are still sad about Najib's imprisonment and hope he will be released soon.
It Is A Great Loss Without Najib
He said that if he has the opportunity to visit the prison, he will definitely convey the good news that Najib has been awarded the 2023 UMNO Leadership Award.
He also mentioned that Najib is currently in good health and he hopes that his father will keep his fighting spirit. He also confessed that it was a great loss for his family and UMNO to be without Najib.
