Malaysian singers Mizz Nina and Noh Salleh have divorced after 11 years of marriage.
Noh confirmed the news in an Instagram post on Thursday evening (August 4).
“We have a big announcement to share with Nina.
Noh, the main vocalist of the band Hujan, commented, “After much deliberation and thorough study, we have mutually resolved to part ways.”
“Alhamdulillah, we are grateful to Allah for enabling us to share eleven wonderful years with all of their ups, downs, and adventures together. We would also want to thank all of our supporters for their unwavering support throughout the years.
“Don't worry, we are still friends and we wish each other well,” he stated, adding that he and Mizz Nina would ask that their privacy be respected at this time.
On July 2, 2011, Noh, 37, and Mizz Nina, whose actual name is Shazrina Azman, 42, were married. The couple adopted their son, Musa, in March of this year.
Mizz Nina also published a similar Instagram photo.
Mizz Nina has received support from celebrities such as Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza, Shila Amzah, Fazura, and Bella Astillah, as well as from fans.
