Jobstreet

Jobstreet, a recruitment platform owned by SEEK, has announced that they will be assisting job seekers through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology from their parent company SEEK. Enabling job seekers and employers to have better job matching, providing them with new experiences and insights.

Jobstreet announced the transformation of its recruitment platform, which stems from the approximately RM545 million (AUD$180 million) invested by parent company SEEK over the past 3 years. This is to facilitate the unification of its 3 online employment platforms in the Asia Pacific region, namely SEEK (Australia and New Zealand), Jobstreet (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Indonesia) and JobsDB (Hong Kong and Thailand).

Jobstreet Expect To Complete This Transformation By Early 2024

Jobstreet said in a statement that the transformation will enable the company to grow rapidly and expand their business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region. They expect this transformation to be completed by early 2024. By then, job seekers and employers will have access to more job opportunities and a larger talent pool through their platform.

Jobstreet Malaysia Managing Director Vicky Sittasanan said the transformation will help streamline the job and talent acquisition process, as Jobstreet's intelligent platform will use artificial intelligence models to analyze a variety of data to assess the right talent, such as a candidate's CV, the profile of the job advertisement, and the employer's historical behavior. This will provide a more personalized service for both job seekers and recruiters.
