Graham Potter won his first Champions League win this season. With Aubameyang, Fofana and James scoring, Graham Potter brought the blues to win against the Champions of Italy. This is the second Champions League match that Potter has ever witnessed.

Potter kicked off his era in Chelsea with a draw with Salzburg and a late win at Crystal Palace. However, in this game, Chelsea controlled the game and was decisive in taking the chance. AC Millan was deservedly beaten.

Chelsea led at half-time and buried the game with 2 more goals in six minutes in the second half.  Potter said it was a good night for the team, and the players had a great attitude. The team controlled the game and get a clean sheet. Potter explained that Fofana would have a medical scan on his injured knee.

Aubameyang said that the first goal was very important for the team because it gave them the strength to play the game. Chelsea won a series of corners in the first half. Wesley Fofana bundled the first Chelsea goal into the net.

After Chelsea settled down quickly after a slightly nervous start, Chelsea created a few good opportunities and was clinical in front of the goal. Most of the chances are created by the combination of Sterling and Aubameyang.
