According to The Star, the date for Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor’s representation has been decided to be held on March 1st by the high court, who aims to dismiss her 12 money laundering charges a total of RM 7,097,750 as well as five more charges of her failure to report income to the Inland Revenue Board.
The Deputy Public Prosecutor Ahmad Akram Gharib quoted to The Star “ We still need to obtain statements from several individuals to complete the investigation before we decide on the representation”
The date was decided upon by Justice K. Muniandy after being informed by DPP Ahmad Akram Gharib that Rosmah’s representation sent last December to the Attorney General's Chambers (AGC) is still being studied by the AGC.
Rosmah was absent from the proceedings as she was unwell according to the lawyer Datuk Firoz Hussein Ahmad Jamaluddin, who requested for the proceedings to be postponed.
