Remy Vaughn said administrators have been receiving complaints from users through its application, either through feedback provided by users or by emailing [email protected] to remove content that violates Telegram's terms of service.

The Ministry of Communications has contacted the company several times since January, but the company has been uncooperative. Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi warned earlier that if the management ignored the ministry's invitation to meet to discuss the subject of user data security, the ministry would take the necessary legal action.
